It is designed for customers who want reduced exposure to road dust, weather and public view during a vehicle movement. Live CCTV monitoring and a dedicated mobile application let you track your vehicle and view your car live during transit. Share your journey and vehicle details so PTN can assess fit, access and the available transport arrangement before confirming a booking.

Can I track and view my car during transit?

Yes. PTN BOX includes live CCTV monitoring and a dedicated mobile application to track your vehicle and view your car live during transit. Contact PTN for app access details for your booking.

What is enclosed vehicle transport?

Your vehicle is carried inside an enclosed truck body, reducing direct exposure to road dust, weather and public view during transit. Vehicle fit and handling arrangements are assessed before acceptance.

Which vehicles can I book?

You can request transport for a sedan, hatchback, SUV or another passenger vehicle. PTN must confirm dimensions, weight, ground clearance and loading suitability. Tell us about modifications or a non-running vehicle.

Can I arrange collection and delivery at my address?

Request your preferred collection and delivery locations in the booking form. Access, loading space and the proposed route must be checked before door-to-door arrangements are confirmed.

Does submitting the form confirm my booking?

No. The form saves a booking request and gives you a reference. PTN will review vehicle fit, route, carrier availability and charges, then contact you to agree the arrangements. No payment is collected on this page.

How is the price calculated?

Pricing depends on the collection and delivery points, date, vehicle size and condition, access and any special handling. PTN provides the quotation after reviewing your request.

What should I prepare before collection?

Have vehicle details, keys and collection/delivery contacts ready. Agree the condition record, documents, personal-item restrictions and any insurance terms with PTN before handover. Do not assume a particular insurance cover is included.
