Enquiry details
Quote and contact submissions save your contact information and enquiry details in a private website inbox so authorised PTN staff can respond. Email notifications are queued for delivery; a failed email does not remove your saved enquiry. Investor-relations enquiries are routed to the designated PTN contact. Email providers process the notification contents to deliver them.
Access and data requests
Only authorised administrators can view saved enquiries, booking details and notification records. Contact info@ptn.com.pk to ask about access, correction, deletion or the applicable retention period. Do not submit payment-card details or identity documents through enquiry forms.
Live vehicle viewing
The dedicated vehicle application is a separate service. Ask PTN for its privacy information, authorised viewing access and recording-retention details before your journey. This website does not stream or store CCTV footage.
Customer platform
PTN360 links take you to www.myptn360.com. Information you provide there is handled by that platform.
Car carrier booking requests
The car carrier booking page stores your name, phone number, email, vehicle details, journey, notes, and request status so PTN can review and manage your transport requirement. Booking requests are available only to authorised PTN management. Public departure availability shows occupied spaces without customer information. Contact info@ptn.com.pk to request assistance with your information.
